After a request from metrojacksonville.com to make the JTA board meeting minutes available to us digitally, Ms. Gibbs promised to check into those possibilities and get back with us.

I just recieved a phone call from the excellent Ms. Gibbs assuring us that they would be scanned and made available shortly.
