 The $45 million EverBank Plaza continues to rapidly rise over Riverside Avenue. When complete, EverBank will abandon the Adams Street location to become the premier tenant for this 13-story tower.

And who says nothing is happening downtown...

The alterations to Berkman Plaza I for GQ is a great move and will finally ad some street interaction to Bay street.  Now to work on the existing courthouse

Great happenings in store for downtown.  Love the name 'chew' for the new restaurant, it looks like a nice place!
