Haven't checked recently (since the rumors of a high-end Italian restaurant, sundries store, and Starbucks) - but I'll do some diggin'

What happen to the construction not being able to block the sidewalk? I hate that adams is missing about 5 good spots because of that!

Let me be the first to say this. That Starbucks sign ROCKS!!! Hopefully a sign of things to come. No pun intended. Imagine if Starbucks is the catalyst to change downtown.

I agree, although it's already common in the suburbs.  What really rocks is the way that Starbucks space's interior was lit up tonight.  Believe it or not, it really changes the nature of that interesection, which was pretty dark, before then.

Hopefully, Starbucks has shown other Downtown dining and retail establishments how they can  increase thier visibility.  Maybe this will start a trend. If Starbucks can get a sign like that on that historic building then there is no excuse for others not to be able to do the same Downtown!

I've lived at 11 E for 2 years now and the street in front of 20 West has always been blocked and it looks like absolutely nothing has been done to the building.  Are there no rules against this?  Why hasn't the city done anything?

Well I was bprn here and it is good to see my city grow, it just one problems, why in the world do you peoples want to keep beating the peoples that was born here with such a high rent. If I want to stay on any side of town like riverside or downtown then I will have to paid a arm and leg for rent. I went to school here at Robert E.Lee Senior High in 1973 since to this day there are people out there who just want hurt the people who were born here, somebody need to stop trying to make rent so high because you can't take this land with you.
