Great review.  That's a good location.

i Love the Exposed Brick everywhere. has a Great Historic feel to it. it's Upscale, but not Sterile Like some Wine Bars can be, it has a Ton of Character.

I've already visted 10+ times.  The owner has always been behind the bar, and is very accomidationg--open to ideas, criticism, and simple conversation.

The selection isn't huge yet, but it is growing--there seems to be something for everyone.  That is unless you want liquor; it's just beer and wine.  I haven't checked out the beer selection, yet.  The atmosphere is great, and I love that it is smoke free!  (They do have an area outside for smoking, however.)

You all should really check it out!  It's on the southeast corner of the intersction of King St and Post St, and the enterance faces Post St.  There is no signage so it may be difficult to find.

Does anyone know the days/hours Walkers is open?

I'll need to check it out. I really miss the Vienna beer garden.

I'm not sure if you want a label reco or a type of wine...

For reds I love pretty much any pinot noir - smooth and not sweet or bitter.

If they carry it, clos du bois is a great dry, woody chardonnay.
All other whites tend to be too sweet for me... Sauvingon Blanc is good if you want something that is subtle-y fruity and not too sweet.

Pinot Noir is my fav... look forward to drying some at Walkers.
