Jobless rate soars to 8.1% in U.S., 8.6% in Florida

It could have been worse, Michigan had the highest State Unemployment at 14.7% in November 2009. Florida Lost 16,700 jobs between Oct/Nov 2009. Worst of all states, even Michigan.
