The owner of Hovan, Johnny Hamarudian, loves the restaurant business and will knock himself out to make his customers happy.  Try the lamb kabobs for a real treat.  For the vegetarians in the crowd, the eggplant entree (whose name I can never remember!) is really outstanding.
