FOUND! Solution to Downtown Parking Problems

Downtown parking is in the news again.  This time there is discussion of drawing lines to mark the parallel parking spaces along the street.  Elimination or time extension of parking meters have historically been the topic of conversation.  We have found a solution!

I went to a city council meeting and my car got locked into one of the nearby garages.  It took me 20 minutes to find someone to let me out.  This is an approachable city government?  An they wonder why people don't come downtown?
