Using Fireworks & Dreamweaver 8

I don't know if anyone here is familiar with this software, but I need some help if you do.

I have created a page in Fireworks 8, but don't know where to go from there to turn it into a CSS in Dreamweaver. I am sure it is fairly complex, but anyone willing to give a hand has my eternal thanks. I am a noobie, so layman's terms is a must, LoL.
