Bread Flour

So I am expermenting with expanded my bread making abilities....but can't seem to locate anywhere locally that offers bread flour..... does anyone have any tips? I hate having to order flour via the internet!

I just bought cake flour at Winn Dixe and they also have bread flour,you really have to look real good in the section where they sell cake mixes etc. Good Luck. I used the cake flour for banana bread came. I am happy to say it tasted very good, Martha would be proud of me.  ;D

Thanks! I will check it out, I have been ordering King Author on the web and was juts sick of having to wait for it if I forgot to order it in time  ;D

We've found King Arthur bread flour --even sometimes organic--at Riverside Publix. Fresh Market also carries some King Arthur.

Spouse bakes and he swears by the stuff. Of course, he also orders off of the internet if needs something with a certain ash or gluten content that is not available in local stores or if we need Irish course flour for brown bread.
