I was just at Water Street district in Tampa for a business meeting. It is really quite beautiful, especially the lighting and the reflective materials on buildings and windows. It was very vibrant, pedestrian friendly, and had mix of local and chain retail.

I have no doubt this developer can mimic this in Jacksonville. I am really excited for this project being connected to Emerald Trail along Hogan street. This is the true connector and spark for Downtown Jacksonville as an urban, livable environment.
