Great retrospective. Jacksonville's downtown waterfront used to be quite active!

A couple of questions about the photos on page 2:
In the pre-sports complex picture of the mouth of Hogan's Creek. I'm pretty sure Maxwell House is on the left, mid-distance. What was the 5-story building adjacent to the creek?

The picture labeled, "A Jacksonville Traction Company streetcar in front of the Jacksonville Terminal." Was the streetcar cropped out, or is my eyesight worse than I thought?

Nice catch! That's a typo. It should have said "streetcar line" instead of "streetcar".

The five story building on the waterfront was the original Maxwell House plant.
