why was the college ammendment a bad thing?

All it would have done is allow local governments to hold a referendum on a tax increase.

Most true conservatoves believe in smaller state/federal government with more local decisions.....that's exactly what the ammendment would have fostered.

the amendment was terribly written, I had to set down and puzzle it out for a while.  Doubt seriously if most people really could make heads or tails of it.

I, like most of Florida, was able to decipher that checking "Yes" meant walking down the road of possibly even more taxes.  That was all.

ban on gay marriage PASSES THIS TIME in California!!!  take that Apple and Google!!!

Well that proves how stupid people are, he calls them racist and they vote him in anyway... there you go, no wonder.....
