Hakimian proposes retail, restaurant buildings at 245 Riverside Ave. in Brooklyn

I read through this in the DDRB agenda packet and thought that's what this was. He wants to do buildings both facing Riverside Ave and facing the River, but I can't tell which would come first (or they both happened at the same time.

Either way this is a good thing because that building is very much a suburban building in an urban location.

Can you tell if they're doing the River frontage or Riverside Ave frontage first?

I can't tell if it will be phased or not at this point. I hope to hear more on Thursday.

Very curious to see what they are going to propose.  Something between the garage and Riverside Ave would be good for the area.
