The local investor who brought the franchise here is a friend of mine.  It's a risky endeavor outside of lunch business. Having the dedicated parking will certainly help, but this is going to take some serious activation to be successful.  I'm excited to see it open.

Pretty cool and I'm okay with a national chain coming in. I think you need that balance of local/national so I'll take it.

I'm fine with this use. Better than wasting ground floor retail space on none retail or dining oriented uses.

Pour Taproom, which allows customers to pour their own beer, will move into the VyStar Parking Garage Downtown, the credit union announced April 4.

The Atlanta-based chain signed a letter of intent to lease nearly 9,000 square feet of indoor and patio space along Laura Street, VyStar said in a news release about the ribbon-cutting for the garage.

Seems especially ideal that this will be on Laura and not Forsyth too. Hopefully it's not too expensive.
