Tampa Mayor talks Downtown Jacksonville

A couple months ago, Bob Buckhorn, the immediate past Mayor of Tampa, visited Jacksonville to talk about how he and city leadership helped transform Downtown Tampa, specifically it's riverfront, and lessons for Jacksonville.
