How many birthdays has the Coastline Drive project seen?  Elana Flats has taken a while too, but it is looking good.

If the Main Street bridge ramp at the Landing is EVER going to go away, they need to do that ASAP. It involves tearing something down, so why isn't the city on board?  better to get that done before putting any RFP out.

Coastline has been going since Curry's first year in office. He's in the second year of his second term now. This project should tell you all you need to know about if there will be anything on the Lot J, City Hall Annex and Landing sites by the time his second term ends.

Jesus what IS taking this damn thing so long? It's been like so many Old Courthouse demolitions ago this got started. And what criteria is needed for some of these slow moving projects to still be on this list anyway? It's like the Coastline Drive reconstruction and the Laura Street apartments have resorted to completing their projects using old Jax Landing Hooters cutlery in order to keep soaking up that sweet, sweet Jaxson mag/Metrojacksonville Urban Construction Update publicity.

While we're at it, Ron Chamblin bought the building on Laura street in 2012. I was interested in buying it and toured the building.  It was not in good shape then, so I'm sure it is not doing any better now.

I feel like the Chamblin apartments are just a meme at this point haha. It's literally been the same paragraph and image for 6 years of updates

With a 50% recapture grant on the Ford on Bay, how much money, estimated, is that over the 20 year life of the agreement in incentives?

MusicMan

Any update regarding the fellow who planned the Taco and Mexican beer place on Phillips Hwy, just down from the Daily's Place and adjacent to the large apartment complex being built?
He appears to be dead in the water.

QuoteTepeyolot Cerveceria to the San Marco area

The city issued a permit for Coastal Contractors Inc. to build-out, remodel and convert a 5,488-square-foot building at 2130 Kings Ave. for the 180-seat Tepeyolot Cerveceria at a cost of $443,000.

Luis Melgarejo said in November he would lease the space to operate a Mexican-Aztec-inspired brewpub.

I just went bu Huey's to check it out, but they temporarily modified the hours for today. I went to Maple Street instead, but plan to check out Huey's soon. Nashville Hot chicken is tasty
