Don't know if anyone else noticed, but some of the old stucco has fallen off the front of the Claude Nolan Cadillac Bldg on Main Street. I normally don't cheer this type of thing, but for the first time IN A LONG TIME you can see the Klutho brick facade, and it's very enticing. Not sure if it could ever be restored but that place would be gorgeous if it was possible.

Right on the creek and right on the park. Can't miss it.

The brick you can see looks a little faded. NOt sure what a restored facade would look like but it would be difficult to look worse.

Update: Springfield Nutrition signed a lease for 1501 N. Main Street. They'll offer a "health bar" (ie, smoothies, etc) and women's gym.
