Jacksonville is the 55th Worst-Run City in America

In a measure of the best and worst-run cities in America, WalletHub ranked Jacksonville 95th best overall and 55th worst overall. Jacksonville was ranked as having the highest quality roads, but scored 138 out of 150 in Financial Stability, 69 in Education, 136 in Health, 102 in Safety, 53 in Economy and 56 in Infrastructure and Pollution.
So, to the young people fighting in this movement for change, here is my charge: march in the streets, protest, run for school committee or city council or the state legislature. And win. - Ed Markey

Meh, not too bad, definitely not good, but about what I'd expect.

I can't wait for the city to put up a "WELCOME TO JACKSONVILLE: HOME OF THE BEST ROADS" sign on 95.
