No more need to drive down Philips highway for lunch! The Riverplace location will also be open Saturdays.

The bread is fantastic. They have bagels, sandwiches and salads mainly, but it is always very fresh. A great place for breakfast or lunch.

Mildly related inquiry: is there anywhere in Jax that has kalaches?  Was in Houston a few weeks ago and it's all the rage apparently - and has been for some time.

^Same question about khachapuri, which grows on trees in NYC and is seemingly absent from Jacksonville.

The jalapeño kolache at Brew is delightful.  You can also order a breakfast sandwich with a kolache as a bun.  It's straight fire.

The new Escape Restaurant and Bar in Five Points has khachapuri, although I haven't been yet.
