Whenever the construction update arrives I always have a reaction similar to what Billy Madison's when his "magazines" arrive.

Pretty amazing what that aweful metal cladding on the Lee and Cates building was covering up.  I hope someone buys that building at the corner of Hogan/Adams and rips that brutalist facade off and exposes something similar.

I find it interesting that big institutional users like St. Vincent's are starting to take resiliency seriously.

I wonder when our local and state governments will start thinking about it?

Saw some construction materials on one of the empty lots on Park St. in the vicinity of Vista and 220 Riverside the last couple days. Does anyone know what's happening there?

Pretty sure that's the contractors lay down area for Vista.

Good, this will mesh well with the new apartment complex going up a bit South of there on US 1. Hopefully the combo will push some redevelopment to the sore spot that is the Super 8 and Scottish Inn

Several years ago, my employer had a contract with the Scottish Inn to provide X number of rooms to clients. I'd go there to meet with them a couple times a week. Have some interesting stories  : )
