The City is doing a great job of driving away any convention & visitor business we still have downtown - I'm sure the folks running the Hyatt are thrilled!

I must say, this photo essentially sums up downtown Jax in a nutshell. Imploded building in ruins, an unfinished project and looming in the background, a tower that's sat vacant for over a decade. I mean, who wouldn't want to invest in this city  ::)
