I have been twice. The food is excellent higher end Mexican food and the space itself is very comfortable with a really large outdoor space with a nice view of the fountain.

One of the first floor places is being converted into expanded amenities, like a larger gym, bike lockers, and yoga studio, for 220 Riverside. It's the middle one. I don't know if that was Hobnob or not.
