Nothing this franchise love more than overpaying for free agents.

I have heard similar comments but this is what teams that do when they have not drafted well. The Jaguars are not different than teams like the 49ers, Bucs, Jets, Redskins, Lions, Raiders or any other mediocre franchise.

No issue with the amount of money....if the Jags got this one right. If this is a disaster it should be a Resume Generating Event for Coughlin. At least it's basically a 2 year deal with a team option for years 3 and 4 (since they can cut him after 2020 and I believe have no dead money).

That tells me they don't like any of the QBs in this year's draft but perhaps next year they draft someone.

Now Philly gets the top pick and the Pats have to settle for 2nd and 3rd best. Life can be so unfair for Pats fans.
