Jacksonville Jazz Festival Question?

I am thinking of heading downtown to the Jazz Festival on Friday to see Dr. John and Snarky Puppy.  They are playing on the Main S on Adams between Main and Ocean.  We aren't planning to get VIP tickets and I'm curious if there will be decent views / sound and access to bathrooms

Jazz Fest is in May. Snarky Puppy and Dr John played at the festival two years ago. This year's lineup has not been announced yet.
