Springfield Live/Work Loft Project Breaks Ground

is there something else going on at this building? I haven't seen much happening for quite some time.

Not that I'm aware. Don't know why this thread got resurrected (last post up until now was in 2007).

Last I looked, the 2nd unit was still just a shell & work stopped on the project after the economy tanked (was supposed to be a total of 4 units in all I believe). I wouldn't mind renting the 2nd one & doing a small business in the bottom of it.

Any word on this, Lake??
