New Butler/9A flyover ramp opens

A new flyover ramp from Butler Boulevard eastbound to Florida 9A northbound has opened.

The ramp, which opened Friday morning, is part of an $84 million construction project that include four new flyover ramps.

Ramps from Butler Boulevard west to Florida 9A south and from Florida 9A north to Butler Boulevard west have already opened.

The final ramp is expected to open by the end of November.

This is going to make my commute way better!!  Whoopie!

I need to get over there and check 'em out.  I really love the I-95NB to I-10 flyover that opened recently.  Great news that these projects are finishing up.

Heckyes - that's a neat little ride over that flyover when we're on our way to Avondale and our regular Biscotti's night!
Beats the pants off of what it replaced; just like this big ol' Mixing Bowl beats the pants off of what it replaced.
