i remember when a certain very high profile PR firm here in Jax approached us during Manuel's campaign.  he (the PR guy) wanted us to go public with many of the gory details of the accusations mentioned in the last paragraph of that story.  we decided not to.  even then though, I did get a bad feeling about Manuel.  there are many who despise him like no other in St Johns Co.
