Trying to save a Courthouse built in 1979 doesn't serve the Florida Trust's interests well. A structure that has only been there 39 years doesn't lend the appeal of, say, a 130 year old structure.

That said, what does this say about our federal government who uses such a huge courthouse and 38 years later is ready to have it torn down and, knowing the federal government, building yet a grander structure elsewhere in the city? Our tax dollars and our National Debt at work!
