The journey to any WordCamp is a rewarding experience. The opportunity to network in a conference that
welcomes and encourages diversity, creativity, innovation and thought leadership is an awesome experience.

Aida and I encourage youth, teens and young adults to attend and even apply to speak at WordCamp and
Kids Camp conferences. Parents, attending is a wonderful opportunity to guide your child's growth in a dynamic
industry of technology innovation and discovery. Young people are creating businesses that are based online and
growing as influencers.
Prepare your children for the careers that are exploding today and changing the future of business, education, e-commerce,
marketing, branding and collaboration.

Students attending HBCU institutions, as a past instructor at Edward Waters College (2004 - 2017)
HBCU students will acquire skills, knowledge, and awareness that they will not experience in classrooms.
They must attend to take advantage of the diversity of business leaders, entrepreneurs,
technology innovators and creators. The networking will open doors to internships and potential
employment that can provide opportunities never thought of, but HBCU students, faculty and administration
must have a vision to encourage, support and even sponsor students to attend as I have done in the past.

Please enjoy the videos that were created and posted sharing the excitement we have for the web development platform
of WordPress.
