Navy Ship Downtown

I seem to recall a few months ago there was talk that some private interests had proposed docking a ship downtown and having a Navy museum.  At the time I thought it was a great idea, but was personally a little skeptical that it would attract much of a constant attendance.  I no longer have those reservations, as all reports are that there have been hundreds of people lured by the docked frigate downtown.  Do any of you who participated in the earlier post know whether this has revived any of that talk about the permanent docking of a ship and construction of a museum.  I pray that it has.
