Outside of Bill, it seems hardly anyone posts about Springfield anymore. Did they all move out of the Urban Core too?

Facebook discussion forums are where the action is now. Springfield's are notoriously active.

IMO, certain foods can have greater appeal to certain demographics. The crowd they drew tended to be a lot different from the Three Layers crowd back in the day. I personally believe, they'd fare better in an area with higher visibility to African-Americans or a place that generates significantly higher foot traffic on a consistent basis that they could feed off of.

Putting the reality of leasing rates and things like that aside, a place on Main, near 8th would do better because of higher visibility to a greater number of people and the traffic generated from surrounding businesses. If the Landing were still around and repurposed into something like a food hall with local businesses, Blue Chocolat would have been a perfect tenant.
