Short term rental Riverside

Anyone know of any short term rental opportunities near Riverside, Avondale, Murray Hill or Ortega? In laws have a contract in Avondale but will be two months before they can take possession.

We have one on Acosta St but it's small (2/1 in a duplex) and booked through end of March.
There are a ton in Murray Hill on airbnb.
