^That's a lot of land, including up in the (already highly depilated) residential zone northwest of Chelsea. I guess redevelopment is coming there too before long, as was assumed.

whats a shame is the plan to have a giant white brewery tank sticking out of top of building, it looks hideous and makes me question what the renovation is gonna be like.
