The Court Urban Food Park in Downtown is launching a market concept on Aug. 2. "Midweek Market" will feature vendors selling fresh vegetables, meats, dairy, local honey, breads and spices on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, the core of which will be Michael and Yuriko Stowers' company, Saturiwa Trading Company.
