Kevin Sbraga’s fifth and last restaurant closes in Pennsylvania

One by one, his other restaurants closed around Philadelphia. Sunday was the final day for his last remaining location, The Fat Ham in King of Prussia, Pa. He had opened that one month after the Jacksonville restaurant closed.

"Ultimately, I grew too fast and wasn't prepared for what I had in front of me," Sbraga told the Philadelphia Inquirer.

After his announcement last week, he took the bus home, the Inquirer reported. His Chevy Tahoe had been repossessed. He said he plans to consult and go to work for someone else.

Although I hate to see someone fail, at least the old " Its not you, its me" thing is true. I figured his failure in Brooklyn was mostly about Jacksonville not being able to embrace this level of quality in Brooklyn just yet, but it seems it is more about Sbraga expanding to quickly and not being able to manage properly.
