The 5/17/17 2pm. Combined Community Redevelopment Agency meeting and Downtown Investment Authority Board meeting in the Lynwood Roberts room had numerous Resolutions Action items that left you guessing.

The Community Redevelopment Agency meeting and action item II. B. Resolution 2017-05-01 Lease agreement for city owned property. Drum roll please. NFLT (North Florida Land Trust) is now in control of Brewster Hospital.

Great question. Was this before a CPAC? Any Historic Society,  Board, or Commission? Did anyone else know about this?

Maybe it should be turned into a museum, honoring the historical building's history? I believe I passed by there recently. If I recall correctly, that building has a fence around it. That's not doing the public any good,is it?
