For me, I give the Front Office an A.

I wanted to see us draft a QB but I think this class is great. I trust Coach Coughlin and what I see is them building up an offensive unit that Blake Bortles can take over and manage or he can not perform and we draft a QB or sign one and move on. Fournette is going to be a great running back, and Cam Robinson is going to make a great LT in the NFL. We got some solid pieces; I hope they materialize.

With them picking up Blake's option is clear he is the future. Essentially via the draft Blake has gotten the tools he needs so their shouldn't be too many more excuses and also it frees up some money in the event they want to part ways.

Round 1, Pick 4 (No. 4 overall): Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU
Round 2, Pick 2 (No. 34, via Seattle)Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama
Round 3, Pick 4 (No. 68)Dawuane Smoot, DE, Illinois
Round 4, Pick 3 (No. 110) Dede Westbrook, WR, Oklahoma
Round 5, Pick 4 (No. 148) Blair Brown, LB, Ohio
Round 7, Pick 4 (No. 222) Jalen Myrick, CB, Minnesota
Round 7, Pick 22 (No. 240) Marquez Williams, FB, Miami (OH)

The race is not always to the swift,
Nor the battle to the strong,
Nor satisfaction to the wise,
Nor riches to the smart,
Nor grace to the learned.
Sooner or later bad luck hits us all.

I agree, the Jags had a nice draft. I'll give them an A-. I'm a lil concerned about the TE position though.

B-
They picked up some great players and filled some needs, but failed to address critical needs at tight end and guard, and while they got some help at defensive end, I don't think they got enough. They will find they are going to have to get creative to put pressure on the quarterback this season.

Working backwards to show the strength of these selections -- in Marquez Williams, a FB who will play and reinforce the physicality of this offense. In Jalen Myrick, a special teams jet who will be a threat to score in an often overlooked aspect of the game. In Blair Brown, a thumping force that adds depth *and* physicality to our linebacking corps. In Dede Westbrook, a WR who can take the top off of the opposing defense from the outside or the slot. In Dawuane Smoot, a DE who fills out our 2nd wave on the D-line and may repeat the success of Yannick Ngakoue. In Cam Robinson, an O-line bruiser who adds serious physicality to our offensive front and starts on day one. In Leonard Fournette, our best RB since the great Fred Taylor.

This is an A+ draft because every player will likely make the team *and* contribute this season. Prediction: we're going to look back and see the injury to Dante two years ago and the underperformance of Blake last year were temporary setbacks only.

The first three picks make a ton of sense. All should play a lot this year. Fournette and Robinson will start. Smoot being Campbell's primary backup.

Westbrook feels like a luxury pick. But with Lee a free agent after the year, it feels like they are planning for his replacement. It also gives Blake another weapon.

I think there is probably a good chance all seven make the team.

Yea I am also concerned about the TE position, I am going to assume they are going to address that in Free Agency, or they see something we don't.
