I can imagine that their sneakers gotta be a major financial lost to Payless, as they sit on the shelves. Besides maybe some dress shoes (of both sexes), I know that many people (even the poor, and esp kids) are avoiding those 'bobo' no name sneakers like the plague. Things like this (store closures) happens when you refuse to adapt to modernity.
