Living near the SJTC, I found times that I can go there and you get to experience the place without the crowds. Usually weekdays around 10am or weeknights.

Interesting that Best Buy is relocating from a perfectly acceptable space like 300 feet away. Wonder why that is.

I can tell you....
That is by far BB's busiest store. They are enlarging significantly and adding a Magnolia store and Pacific Sales which is higher end appliances. Viking, Jenn-air, Thermador etc. That store makes a ton of money for Best Buy.

Yeah I'm not sure what's going on here - and I hate to be negative but....
What exactly would a "Glimpse into the people, lifestyle and intrigue" of Dollar Tree shoppers look like? Are they different than the people who "dine" at the Arlington McDonalds? Is that super-cuts there more intriguing than the one in the Orange Park mall?

Man on the street: "Sir sir, who are you wearing? Where did you get those shoes!"
Annoyed shopper who found a parking spot after 4 hours: "Oh, uhhh...I got them from PayLess shoes"
Man on the street: "Fascinating! The payless shoes here at the SJTC really has a unique and rare collection"
Annoyed shopper who found a parking spot after 4 hours: "Actually, I got them from the PayLess at the Avenues mall"
Man on the street: (runs in the other direction with oversized microphone) "Ma'am Ma'am, can I talk to you about your Pretzel? Is that an original auntie anne pretzel?!"

However, I do wish you best of luck with your new site Glenn. It's not for me, the last thing I need in my life is more advertisements for mega chains that I rarely frequent.

Way to go Riverside! We went for the first time last week and it's just like a mini St. John's Town Center! I loved it!
