Cool snaps.  Ive never seen jacksonville from that perspective.  thank you.
'As a sinner I am truly conscious of having often offended my Creator and I beg him to forgive me, but as a Queen and Sovereign, I am aware of no fault or offence for which I have to render account to anyone here below.'   Mary, queen of Scots to her jailer, Sir Amyas Paulet; October 1586

Whenever you get to any height in Jacksonville, one thing always stands out: the tree canopy.

Hope you didn't fall through that parking garage at the VA clinic! I see you also got a great shot of the GREAT WALL OF VETERANS in Jacksonville. Otherwise, the downtown looks fantastic from these directions. Had it not been for the flawless planning that went into the "Great Wall of Veterans" we wouldn't have a thing to gripe about.

Nice shots Lake.  I've always loved the view of the skyline from that direction.

Another great view is from the top of the Mathews Bridge.

Cool... you need to tell me how to get up there... :)
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

I was up there for a photo shoot once. The view is amazing.

Historic District truly is pretty. Some more houses to go, and then JEA/Comcast/AT&T re: underground utilities!
