Building a condo/hi rise strictly for persons who work in dt jacksonvllle only.

this idea is one of the oldest around, but I would love to see a high rise go up for residents who work only in dt jax. They would receive all the benefits of perfection, for they would have no transportation worrries with the people mover system and would receive financial breaks or perks for not using their own cars or vehicles to travel less than 3-10 miles to work and back.  The picture is clear.  If you work in the dt area, you can live with less hassle and stress and maybe even receive company discounts on rent/mortgage for living in this part of the city for the simple reason-If you give to your city, it will give to you.  deb of jacksonville
