It could be, IMO.  South Florida is purging residents and the Northeasterners are still flocking to Florida.  One good hurricane hit in South Florida could turn a lot of interests our way.  Not to mention our economy is very strong, diverse, resilient and cost of living still relatively low.  We just need to be "discovered".
