The Parking rate dropped significantly then rebounded. What is that about?

That could be related to the City offering a 50% discount to its employees in 2014.

Overall the parking market has tightened up somewhat with new employees from Everbank and Citizens coming in, driving the rates up a little.

Compare parking rates to $50 for a monthly bus pass...
