So here we go again...a building that is in a central location and can be re-purposed for a multitude of things, but what is the status of it? Is it for sale? Is the DCSB going to mothball it until it becomes condemned? Are there other programs or organizations that could use a building like this? What's the deal, yo?
I could be wrong about that...it's been known to happen.

We are waiting for that mysterious, yet convenient, civic arsonist that seems to come along right when a group of people take an interest in older, historic property.

Now that it has been noted here the odds just went up 40% that it will be gone in 6 months or less.
