Florida is the first state to report local transmission of Zika, which is spread by mosquitoes. Melissa Ross welcomed Dr. Mobeen Rathore, Associate Chair, Department of Pediatrics and Chief, Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology with UF Health to First Coast Connect.
