Thanks Ben. Hey, would you like to kayak under the TU or the Duval county courthouse?

I know I Khan Make that Happen.

I've kayaked around there many times after I saw a few picture threads of you guys doing the same. Haven't had a chance to do it in awhile. I plan on doing it again soon.

A Winter Park investment company bought The Strand, a 28-story apartment building on the Southbank, for $64.6 million, according to a deed filed Wednesday in Duval County Circuit Court.
A corporation affiliated with the Delorenzo Group in Winter Park bought the property from a corporation affiliated with Crescent Heights Inc., a multifamily development company with its East Coast headquarters in Miami.

Crescent Heights bought The Strand in 2013 for $53.3 million. The apartment tower at 1401 Riverplace Blvd. opened in 2007.

That thing appreciated $11 million in less than 3 years? Damn, Daniel.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Anyone know what it cost to build?
