Can you explain the plan and what you believe are the pros and cons? Unfortunately, I don't know enough of the details to vote one way or the other.

It is an illegal pension secretly created and is fully funded by our tax dollars. I am voting NO on any plan that would extend this il gotten Benny that would brand Jacksonville as Entitlement county.
