Leidos selling $175M construction business to Jacksonville company

Reston, VA-based Leidos Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LDOS) is selling its $175 million heavy construction business to Jacksonville, Florida-based construction company Haskell.

Terns of the deal were not disclosed.

Haskell, a $600 million construction company, said it intends to rebrand the company as "Benham, a Haskell Company."
