There's no "moral high ground" in his opposition.  You have people calling for his death, hoping he's murdered, and generally being the same kind of awful, horrible person he is.

He can make awful comments and get cheered because he's just saying out loud behind a podium the kind of stuff even his opponents will say elsewhere.

Just an FYI.  The guy who rushed Trump at his rally was Thomas Dimassimo, 22 a former child actor.  He is know to be an activist whose cause is anti racism.  That is why he was at the rally to protest Trump.
