Wal-Mart to close 269 stores as it retools fleet

Looks like to me that the headline is pretty misleading. Supercenters are fine, which is Walmart's bread and butter, but whatever "Walmart Express" is, that has been an absolute failure. They also really do need to rename the Walmart Neighborhood Market since many people won't go in there just because it says Walmart.

I agree with everything except the name change. The people that don't like Wal-Mart don't matter to that company's bottomline anyway, no name change 'trickery' will remedy that. There are plenty of people that don't give a crap of the 'Wal-Mart is evil' mantra that many stick by.
